2. May 21,  · Walls and Bridges - a strange time for Lennon, but a resurgence after two mediocre albums. None of the songs really see Lennon in top form, aside from maybe "#9 Dream." The lead single, "Whatever Gets You Through the Night" is bouncy and lighthearted, but wouldn't rank as a Lennon classic/5(77).
